Your own laptop and a reliable internet connection. A phone or tablet is not enough for the work in class.
Four seats is the standard limit, and the administrator can set the limit per session. A session closes when the confirmed seats and active checkouts reach that limit.
Starting checkout holds a seat for a short time. The seat is confirmed only after this website verifies a successful Paystack payment. A message in the browser is not enough.
Ghana Mobile Money and bank cards are accepted through Paystack, in Ghana cedis, where those channels are enabled on the Paystack account. You pay on Paystack’s page. This site never sees your card or Mobile Money PIN.
Your seat, the tools required for the training, instructor guidance, and lesson materials when they are released.
It is an optional add-on for students who want the website online. During the training you are guided through purchasing a domain, setting up hosting, and publishing the site. You can take the class without it.
An unpaid checkout holds a seat only until the reservation expires. You can retry from your payment status page while the hold is active. If it expires and the class is full, choose another session.
In your student dashboard, after payment is confirmed and the instructor releases them. You only see your own booking and the materials for your class.
Refunds are not automatic. Contact us with your booking reference and we will review the request.
Yes. AnyDesk may be used for individual remote assistance when you encounter technical problems. We will also use our chosen online communication method for teaching, explanations, and questions.
